EXCLUSIVE- Moses: “I’ll Play For Nigeria”

England kid wonder, Moses Victor has says that the option of p[laying for Nigeria at the World Cup in South Africa is not foreclose, reports Francis Quaye.

In a brief chat with africansportsdigest.com in London, Moses a very amiable personality who is down to earth confirms that he is interested in going to the World Cup and has opening in Nigeria.

“I’m a Nigerian by birth and according to information available to me, I’m also qualified to play for Nigeria since I’ve not featured at the senior level for England,” Moses said on Sunday in a chat with our correspondent.

“I’ve not been officially contacted, but can not deny that there is no interest, because I know Nigeria is a football loving country and having qualified for World Cup will want to use his best.

The Wigan Athletics youngster is aware that Nigeria have striking problems which new coach, Lars Lagerback wants to take care of, and he falls within the need of the Eagles new manager.

“Playing at the World Cup is a great deal,” the 19 year old said, “I’ll wont mind being a part of the team to the World Cup if called to join the team, any team.”
